Dave Milne is a retired federal law enforcement officer, military leader, and educator with more than 30 years of experience serving his country in high-risk and high-responsibility roles. He previously served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal, Special Operations Group and senior leader within the U.S. Marshals Service, where he helped oversee security operations, tracking fugitives, sex offenders, protecting federal personnel, and the public. In addition, Dave served as a Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, advising senior leadership on operational risk, international engagement, and national security matters.
Throughout his career, Dave has led teams in complex and often dangerous environments, making critical decisions under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and service. He has worked closely with local, state, federal, and international partners, and has been entrusted with responsibilities ranging from security operations and investigations to crisis response and leadership development.
Beyond his professional career, Dave has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in criminology, terrorism, and criminal justice, and has been involved in mentoring and developing others both in and out of uniform.
At the core of Dave’s life is his faith. He brings a perspective shaped not only by years of leadership and service, but also by his personal walk with Christ—one that emphasizes humility, perseverance, and purpose. He is passionate about encouraging men to lead with integrity, stand firm in their beliefs, and grow as leaders in their families, workplaces, and communities.
Dave resides in New Hampshire with his wife Amy of over thirty years and is honored to share his experiences and faith journey with others.
